To Broil Steak or Chops on a Griddle
Ingredients
Directions
Preheat a cast-iron or steel griddle until it's smoking hot.
Place the steak or chops on the griddle and press them down.
Cook until the side touching the griddle is browned, then turn and brown the other side.
Continue turning as needed to keep the surface seared and juices inside.
For best results, use medium thickness meat and consider removing the bone before cooking.
