Ham and Egg

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Fry the ham until cooked through, but not overcooked. Keep it hot.

  2. Wet a cup with cold water and drop an egg into it.

  3. Carefully lay the egg into the pan. Repeat for as many eggs as desired.

  4. Let the eggs set a little before returning the pan to the heat to give them the appearance of poached eggs.

  5. Dish the eggs neatly over the ham and pour the gravy over them.
