Fried Parsley
Ingredients
Directions
Ensure the parsley is clean and dry, preferably unwashed.
Heat the fat in a frying kettle until hot enough to brown a cube of bread in a few seconds.
Place the parsley in a frying basket and submerge it in the hot fat for about 30 seconds.
Remove the parsley when it is crisp and green, allowing it to drain on blotting paper to absorb excess grease.
