Boiled Potatoes

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Peel old potatoes and soak them in cold water for 1 hour before boiling.

  2. Place the soaked old potatoes in fresh cold water and bring to a boil.

  3. For new potatoes, place them directly in boiling water.

  4. Prepare new potatoes just before cooking; they are better steamed than boiled.
