Bacon and Eggs

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Place nicely-cut slices of streaked bacon in a cold pan over low heat.

  2. Turn the bacon frequently until cooked, about 3-4 minutes.

  3. For the eggs, either poach or fry them in the bacon fat.

  4. Baste the eggs with the fat, trim them, and drain excess grease before serving.

  5. Serve the eggs on top of the bacon, with mashed potatoes around the dish if desired.
