Christmas Plum Pudding

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Grease a pudding mold with butter.

  2. Fill the mold with the pudding mixture, leaving some room for it to swell.

  3. Cover the mold with two layers of floured and buttered paper, then with a floured pudding cloth.

  4. Place the mold in boiling water and boil until cooked through.

  5. Once cooked, quickly plunge the pudding into cold water to prevent breaking.

  6. Before serving, make a small hole in the top, fill it with brandy, and light it on fire.
