Mustard Plaster
Ingredients
Directions
In a small bowl, mix ground black mustard with boiling water until thick enough to spread.
Cut a piece of thin book muslin larger than the plaster size.
Spread the mustard mixture in the center of one half of the muslin, leaving a 1-inch border.
Fold the other half of the muslin over the mustard, then place the plaster on a bandage and apply it warm.
