Aspaeagus Salad in Lemon Rings

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Chill the cooked asparagus stalks and marinate them with French dressing.

  2. Remove a thick slice from both ends of the lemon and cut it into ⅓ inch slices, removing the pulp to leave rings.

  3. Place three or four asparagus stalks in each lemon ring.

  4. Arrange the lemon rings on lettuce leaves and pour a little more dressing over them.
