Ingredients

Directions

The book gives no oven temperature. The 350°F (175°C) in the steps was added when the recipe was transcribed, as a starting point.

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Peel the bananas and cut them lengthwise.

  3. Place the bananas in a baking dish.

  4. Slice the lemon very thin.

  5. Layer the bananas with three slices of lemon and sprinkle with sugar.

  6. Repeat the layering with another layer of bananas, lemon slices, and sugar.

  7. Bake in the oven until heated through.
