Ingredients

Directions

  1. Score the peel of the oranges in quarters and remove it with some of the white pith.

  2. Place the peel in a pot and cover with fresh cold water, changing the water three times while boiling.

  3. Boil until the peel is tender enough to crumble between your fingers, then drain well.

  4. Cut the peel into very thin shreds.

  5. Squeeze the oranges and wash the fruit after squeezing.

  6. Combine the juice of the oranges with the juice of the lemons.

  7. Weigh the shredded peel and juice, then add sugar according to the weight for the syrup.
