Macaroni with Nutmeato

Ingredients

Directions

The book gives no oven temperature. The 350°F (175°C) in the steps was added when the recipe was transcribed, as a starting point.

  1. Boil the macaroni until tender, then drain.

  2. Layer macaroni in the bottom of a pudding dish.

  3. Add a layer of grated nutmeato over the macaroni.

  4. Sprinkle minced parsley leaves on top.

  5. Repeat layers, finishing with nutmeato on top.

  6. Pour enough nut milk over the layers to moisten.

  7. Bake in the oven at 350°F (175°C) until heated through.
