Plain Boiled Potatoes

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Wash the potatoes in cold water using a vegetable brush.

  2. Rinse and peel the potatoes, removing any eyes.

  3. Rinse the peeled potatoes in clear water.

  4. Place the potatoes in a pot with boiling salted water, ensuring the water nearly evaporates when the potatoes are soft.

  5. Drain any remaining water, cover the potatoes with a white cloth to absorb moisture, and serve.
