Ingredients

Directions

The book gives no oven temperature. The 350°F (175°C) in the steps was added when the recipe was transcribed, as a starting point.

  1. Boil macaroni until soft.

  2. Layer macaroni in a baking dish.

  3. Cover with oysters, a little pepper, coarse sea salt, and butter.

  4. Add another layer of macaroni, then another layer of oysters.

  5. Repeat until the dish is filled.

  6. Bake in a 350°F (175°C) oven until heated through.
