Baked Squash

Ingredients

Directions

The book gives no oven temperature. The 350°F (175°C) in the steps was added when the recipe was transcribed, as a starting point.

  1. Cut the squash into pieces and scrape out the insides.

  2. Bake in a 350°F (175°C) oven for 1 to 1.5 hours, depending on thickness.

  3. Serve with salt and butter, similar to sweet potatoes.
