Ingredients

Directions

  1. Steam the cod until nearly cooked.

  2. Prepare a batter by mixing self-raising flour with 1 egg and enough water to achieve a smooth consistency.

  3. Dip the piece of fish into the batter and place it in a pan.

  4. Sprinkle pepper and coarse sea salt on the fish before folding it over when the batter sets.

  5. Shape the cutlets as well as possible.

  6. Cut the potatoes into small balls and fry them until golden.
