Dinner Rolls
Ingredients
Directions
Make dough as directed in the recipe for Long Breakfast Rolls.
Divide the dough into balls the size of a medium egg.
Place the balls on a well-floured board.
Flour a small rolling pin, ¾ inch in diameter, and press down on each ball to nearly divide it in the center.
Place the rolls in pans without touching each other.
Grease the space made by the rolling pin with melted butter.
Let the rolls rise until light.
Bake until golden.
