Ingredients

Directions

  1. Pour a little aspic into the mold to cover the bottom.

  2. Once cold, decorate with flowers or colored omelets.

  3. Add more aspic carefully to avoid disturbing the decoration.

  4. When cold, add the brawn cut into neat pieces.

  5. Fill the mold with aspic and let it cool.

  6. To unmold, dip the mold in warm milk water.

  7. Garnish with sliced lemon.
