Soup
Ingredients
Directions
Cut the fresh meat into small pieces and break or saw the bones.
Place the meat and bones in a pot with cold water for several hours.
Put the pot on the stove and simmer for about six hours.
After two hours, remove the meat to prevent it from becoming hard.
Skim off the grease that rises to the top.
Pour the stock into another container and cool it.
Clean the stock pot and prepare for the next batch.
