Stewed Kidneys

Directions
Parboil the kidneys for a few minutes.
Drain the water and boil the kidneys again for 5 to 10 minutes.
Cut the kidneys into small pieces.
Put the pieces in fresh water and cook until tender.
Season well and thicken the gravy.
