Lemon Jelly with Fruit
Ingredients
Directions
Spread sliced bananas or oranges over the bottom of a deep glass dish.
While warm, pour enough lemon jelly over the fruit to cover it.
Set the dish on ice to cool quickly, keeping the remaining jelly warm near the fire.
Once the jelly in the dish is stiff enough, add more fruit slices and cover with jelly again.
Repeat until the dish is filled, ensuring the additional jelly is not too warm.
For a decorative option, tie a bunch of grapes to a stick and rest it on top of the dish, pouring jelly around the grapes.
Once the jelly is cool, remove the stick and string, leaving the grapes in the center.
