Plain Mutton Curry
Ingredients
Directions
Wash the rice in several waters using a colander.
Place the washed rice in a large pot and add a generous amount of cold water and a little salt.
Boil rapidly for 20 to 30 minutes, testing occasionally until the grains can be crushed between your fingers.
Drain the rice and place it near the range, covered with meat extract (glaze) to keep it moist.
