Ingredients

Directions

  1. Plunge the lobsters head downward into boiling water and cook for about 45 minutes.

  2. Carefully break the shells and remove the stomach, the vein from the tail, and the spongy fingers between the body and shell.

  3. Cut the remaining lobster meat into neat pieces.

  4. Arrange the lobster pieces on a bed of lettuce.

  5. Cover with mayonnaise dressing and garnish with the lobster claws.
