Boiled Crabs
Ingredients
Directions
Fill a large pot with water and add a generous amount of coarse sea salt.
Bring the water to a rolling boil.
Add the crabs and boil for 20 minutes.
Ensure the water continues to boil; otherwise, the crabs will be watery.
Remove the crabs, break off the claws, and clean the shells thoroughly.
Once cooled, arrange the crabs on a dish with the large claws around it.
Crack the claws before serving; the small ones are typically not eaten.
