Lamb Chops

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mold and cut sheets of thick white writing paper into heart shapes, 9 by 4.5 inches.

  2. Dip the paper cases in olive oil or melted butter, ensuring all parts are oiled.

  3. Season the lamb chops with salt and pepper, then dip them in melted butter.

  4. Place each chop on one side of a paper case with the bone toward the center.

  5. Fold the paper over the chop and roll the edges to seal.

  6. Broil the chops for 8 minutes over moderate heat, turning the broiler frequently.

  7. Serve the chops on a hot dish in the paper cases.
