Macedoine Vegetable Salad

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cook the vegetables separately as described in Macedoine Garniture.

  2. Cut the cooked vegetables into desired shapes using fancy cutters.

  3. Drain each type of vegetable and season with salt, pepper, olive oil, and vinegar.

  4. When ready to serve, mix the vegetables in a salad bowl and dress with Kavigote or Mayonnaise sauce.

  5. For a large salad, dress each vegetable in bunches, alternating them for a pleasing effect.
