Lobster Salad

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cut the lobster into dice and season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Let it stand for 1 hour.

  2. Separate and wash the leaves from the lettuce. Soak in ice water for 30 minutes.

  3. Shake the lettuce free from water and arrange 2 or 3 leaves together in the form of a nest on a large dish or individual dishes.

  4. Season the mayonnaise with mustard, salt, and mixed pepper. Mix half the dressing with the lobster.

  5. Put a tablespoon of the lobster mixture into each shell and top with a teaspoon of dressing.
