Beef-steak Pudding
Ingredients
Directions
Roll fine steaks with fat in between.
If desired, shred a little onion and add it to the steaks.
Lay a layer of suet paste in a basin and place the rolled steaks inside.
Cover the basin with more paste and pinch the edges to seal in the gravy.
Cover with a cloth and tie it closed.
Boil the pudding slowly for a long time.
