Ingredients
Directions
Pick grapes from stems and wash them.
Pack grapes in glass jars.
Cover grapes with thick boiling syrup.
Place rubbers and caps on jars, but do not tighten.
Sterilize jars using your preferred method: hot-water bath for 20 minutes, water-seal for 15 minutes, 5-pound steam-pressure for 12 minutes, or pressure cooker for 8 minutes.
Remove jars and tighten covers.
Invert jars to cool and test the seal.
Wrap jars with paper to prevent bleaching and store.
