Ingredients

Directions

The book gives no oven temperature. The 400°F (200°C) in the steps was added when the recipe was transcribed, as a starting point.

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Grease a granite pan.

  3. Place the cut cooked meat in the pan and pour meat gravy over it.

  4. Spread mashed potatoes on top of the meat and gravy.

  5. Sprinkle cracker crumbs over the mashed potatoes.

  6. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
