Fillets of Fowl in Aspic
Ingredients
Directions
Pour a little aspic into a mold and let it cool.
Decorate the bottom of the mold as desired.
Add more aspic to cover the decoration and let it cool.
Repeat this process, adding layers of aspic until it is fully set.
Arrange the fillets of fowl around the sides of the mold.
Pour a little aspic over the fillets to set them in place.
Fill the mold with aspic and let it cool completely.
To serve, turn the mold out like jelly.
