Coffee Jelly

Ingredients

Directions

The book gives no cooking times; the times in the steps were added in transcription, so check for doneness rather than trusting the clock.

  1. Infuse the coffee in the boiling water for 10 minutes.

  2. Strain the mixture and add the sugar and corn flour.

  3. Boil for 8 minutes, stirring well.

  4. Pour into a mold and let it cool.

  5. Serve cold with whipped cream on top.
