Liver and Bacon

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Sauté the liver in a little bacon fat until cooked through.

  2. Make a gravy by adding flour to the pan and mixing with hot water.

  3. Heat a clean pan and add slices of bacon, about wafer-thin.

  4. If the pan is very hot, the bacon will curl; turn with a fork to brown evenly.

  5. Arrange the bacon around the liver and garnish with parsley.
