Make the coffee

  1. Place the ground coffee in a percolator.

  2. Slowly add boiling water in increments, allowing it to drain through completely each time.

  3. Once all water has passed through, remove the top of the percolator.

Serve

  1. Fill breakfast cups two parts full with boiling milk and add coffee to taste.

  2. Serve the coffee immediately.
