To Pickle Nasturtiums
Ingredients
Directions
Pick young nasturtiums on a warm day.
Place them in a jar of old vinegar or boil fresh vinegar with salt and spices.
Let the vinegar cool, then add the nasturtiums.
Use stone or glass jars for pickling.
Avoid using your hands to take out pickles; use a wooden spoon with holes instead.
