To Warm Up Cold Rump-steaks

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Place the steaks in a stew pan with the onion, allspice, and black pepper.

  2. Cover the steaks with boiling water and let them simmer until tender.

  3. Ensure the steaks are cut evenly and about 6 inches long, 4 inches wide, and ½ inch thick.

  4. Prepare a clear brisk fire and sprinkle a little salt on it.

  5. Heat the gridiron slanting to prevent fat from dripping into the fire.

  6. Cook the steaks to your desired doneness, asking your guests for their preference.
