Fried Eggs and Minced Ham or Bacon
Ingredients
Directions
Cut the bacon into very thin slices, then into small square pieces.
Place the bacon in a skillet over low heat to render some fat.
Once the fat has melted, transfer the bacon to a warm dish.
In the same skillet, add a ladleful of the melted bacon fat.
Add about a dozen small pieces of bacon to the skillet.
Carefully crack an egg into the skillet, ensuring it cooks without hardening the yolk.
Once cooked, transfer the egg to a warm dish and repeat with the remaining eggs.
