Lobster Patties

Ingredients

Directions

The book gives no oven temperature. The 400°F (200°C) in the steps was added when the recipe was transcribed, as a starting point.

  1. Chop the lobster and mix it with a little chopped onion and parsley.

  2. Add one or two spoonfuls of melted butter to the mixture.

  3. Fill small pastry shells with the lobster mixture.

  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) until heated through.

  5. Serve warm.
