Savouries in Aspic

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cook all food items first.

  2. Rinse a small mold with cold water.

  3. Pour a layer of aspic jelly into the mold and let it firm up.

  4. Decorate the firm layer with egg, truffle, chili, or parsley.

  5. Add another layer of aspic jelly over the decoration.

  6. Fill the mold with layers of the cooked food, allowing each layer to firm before adding the next.

  7. Once full and firm, turn out the aspic by dipping the mold in warm water.

  8. Garnish with salad or additional aspic.
