Mustard, How to Make
Ingredients
Directions
Make the mustard powder into a thick paste with cold water.
Mix well, breaking up lumps and incorporating all powder from the sides of the pot.
Gradually add enough cold water to achieve a cream-like consistency.
Let the mustard stand for about 10 minutes before using.
Make fresh mustard for each meal and do not store for more than a day.
