Boiled Pickled Pork
Ingredients
Directions
Soak the pickled pork in cold water for 1 hour, depending on how long it has been in pickle.
Place the pork in a pot with enough cold water to cover it.
Bring the water to a boil, skimming off any foam.
After boiling for 10 minutes, reduce the heat and simmer until the pork is tender.
Add vegetables after boiling for flavor, if desired.
