  1. Split the lobster and remove all the meat.

  2. Cut the meat into dice-sized pieces.

  3. Mix the lobster meat with the coral, cream, and Downton Sauce.

  4. Add a little cayenne pepper to the mixture.

  5. Heat the mixture in a saucepan.

  6. Fill the halved lobster shells with the mixture.

  7. Sprinkle bread crumbs over each shell.

  8. Dot with butter to prevent burning.

  9. Place in a Dutch oven before the fire for 5 minutes.

  10. Serve immediately.
