Cooking a Steak
Ingredients
Directions
Preheat your grill or pan to a high heat.
Remove any gills from the steak and pat it dry with paper.
Place the steak on the grill or in the pan.
Cook until a hard rim forms around the edges to seal in the flavor.
If cooking is slow, add a small piece of fat or dripping to create a flare.
