Cod with Oyster Sauce
Ingredients
Directions
Empty the cod and wash the belly carefully along the bone to remove any blood.
Place the cod on a fish plate and put it in a kettle with salt and boiling spring water.
Once the fish starts boiling, reduce the heat to let it boil gently.
Judge the cooking time based on the size of the fish; when done, drain it.
Serve the cod on a napkin garnished with green parsley.
