Eggs and Omelets

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Heat hot lard in a pan.

  2. Carefully drop eggs into the hot lard, frying for about 3 minutes without breaking them.

  3. Alternatively, stir the hot lard until it creates a whirlpool, then drop in the eggs to fry them round like balls.

  4. Remove the eggs with a skimmer.

  5. To poach, place eggs in boiling water until cooked to your liking.
