Salmon

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Rub coarse sea salt inside and outside the cleaned salmon.

  2. Let the salmon sit for some time to extract excess moisture.

  3. Wash the salmon thoroughly with pure spring water.

  4. Dry the salmon with a clean cloth.

  5. If the salmon has a muddy smell, soak it in strong saltwater or scald it in the same solution.

  6. Parboil the portion of salmon not needed for the day and keep it in the cooking liquid.

  7. Reheat the salmon in the cooking liquid when ready to serve.
