To Boil Crayfish

  1. Fill a pot with water and add coarse sea salt, similar to how you would for lobsters.

  2. Bring the water to a boil.

  3. Add the crayfish and boil for 15 minutes.

  4. Remove the crayfish from the pot and drain them well.
