Curds and Cream

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Turn the milk as for cheesecakes until the curd becomes firm.

  2. Drop the curd into a mold with holes, adding more as the whey runs off.

  3. Let it remain in the mold for about two hours.

  4. Turn it out into a glass dish or bowl.

  5. Serve with plain or whipped cream, sugar, white wine, lemon, or raspberry jam/currant jelly.
