Ingredients
Directions
Remove the lobster meat as whole as possible and split the tail.
Remove the gut; if not watery, add it to the mixture.
Season the meat with mace, nutmeg, white pepper, coarse sea salt, and finely powdered cloves.
Grease the bottom of a pan with butter and place the lobster meat smooth over it, adding bay leaves in between.
Bake gently until heated through.
