Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients

Directions

The book gives no oven temperature. The 350°F (175°C) in the steps was added when the recipe was transcribed, as a starting point.

  1. Prepare a light biscuit dough using your preferred method.

  2. Roll the dough out thinly.

  3. Spread melted butter over the dough.

  4. Sprinkle powdered sugar and ground cinnamon on top.

  5. Cut the dough into shapes and roll them up.

  6. If using yeast, let the rolls rise for a while.

  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) until golden.
