Oysters for Lunch

Ingredients

Directions

The book gives no oven temperature. The 400°F in the steps was added when the recipe was transcribed, as a starting point.

  1. Remove the gills from the oysters.

  2. Wrap each oyster thinly with bacon and secure with a skewer.

  3. Place the wrapped oysters on a piece of toast.

  4. Put them in a hot oven (400°F / 200°C) for a short time until heated.
